THE SANTORINI PROJECT

 

Enchanted from the Assyrtiko variety of Santorini and from the uniqueness of the excuisite island's terroir, the Winemaker Apostolos Mountrichas "sailed" with the Aegean Sea dolphins up to Santorini in 2012, where he launched the Santorini wines, Dolphins, Afoura and Grace.

The Avantis team reopened an historical Canava of the island for wine tastings and wine tours from 2015-2017 in Messaria.

Now, the Avantis Cellar Doors  welcomes all the winelovers at Fira (Kontochori) and throught wine tours, wine tastings, wine and food pairing, wine lunch at the restaurant and wine spa cosmetics provides a unique winetourism experience.
